What is the purpose of the Athletics Facilities Master Vision?

To provide a strategic 12-15 year roadmap that enhances the overall development of our athletic program giving us the best chance to compete for championships while providing a quality experience for our student-athletes and fans.

What was the rationale for the projects that are included in Phase I?

The projects identified in Phase I are necessary to fuel our transition to the American Athletic Conference and include plans for the addition of our 19th sport - women's lacrosse.

Could a future project move up in the sequence?

Yes, if a donor or donors came forward with full funding for the project.

When will the projects be completed?

We are currently raising funds for the projects in Phase I. Fundraising for certain projects is complete and those projects are already underway. The remaining projects will be completed as the funding is secured.

What is the cost of the Phase I projects?

$102 Million.

Are contributions to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision projects tax deductible?

Yes, philanthropic contributions to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision are 100% tax deductible. As always, we advise you to consult your tax advisor when claiming deductions.

Can I pay my contribution over time?

Yes, we will work with each donor to determine a payment schedule with a preference for 5 years or less.

Can I utilize my company's matching gift program to contribute to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision?

Yes, if your company allows for matching gifts to athletic capital projects. Please check with your company's policy before requesting a match.

Will contributions to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision projects satisfy my annual giving requirements?

Donors making gifts to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision in excess of $100,000 will receive Athletic Foundation benefits commensurate with the amount paid annually for the years in which the pledge is being paid. Since the annual fund is critical to the on-going operations of the athletic program, we encourage gifts made to the EverGreen Athletics Facilities Master Vision to be above and beyond a donor's normal annual fund gift.

I am not in a position to make a significant gift to the project but would like to participate. Is there another way I can help?

Gifts of all sizes are welcome and we hope all 49er friends/supporters will contribute in some manner to this project.

Will I be able to upgrade my current FSL seating to new locations identified in the Jerry Richardson Stadium Expansion project?

Yes, pricing and annual giving requirements will be announced at a later date.
